AND HERE WE GO!!
The Anglesey Show is a friendly hullaballoo of mighty raucous confusion and chaos weaving itself in a colourful three dimensional canopy around a professionally organised Agricultural Show.
If it weren’t for the ample opportunities to sit down for a cup of tea with a beef sandwich or the competition seating areas then it would be a pretty tiring couple of days.
A QUIET DAY AT THE ANGLESEY AGRICULTURAL SHOW
THANK HEAVENS FOR A CUPPA AND A SIT DOWN
DOGGY BUDDIES GRAB SOME BOBOS TIME
And it will you take a couple of days to see most everything on display.
You will find yourself returning to some places again because you are captivated.
FOR THE KIDS AND US GROWNUP SOFTIES
Even a single day at Anglesey Show 2011 is a wonder.
If you have children then do bring them with you.
It’s a stimulus overload and there are so many things to see.
They may find the Flower and Vegetable Show not their taste and you may have to shoot through. However, I can guarantee you that they will ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Chicken and Rabbit show.

It’s a pigeon or a chicken, but it’s Doctor Who Weird. It’s fascinating and an eye opener for adults as well.
It’s difficult to feel alone here as well because conversations are easy to strike up.
There is some really fascinating and unexpected stuff to see.
The colours in the Show Tent in the bottom right hand corner of the showground are a reassuring feast for the eyes.
Homemade wine, Honey, Flower Displays, Children’s Cakes and Character Wellies Competition.
Check out the Silage Table and sniff away. It’s another fabulous olfactory world in there. All legal by the way.
The dinky little steam engine displays whirr away with a wheezy ease and the Traction Engines wheeze and seethe with steaming intensity.
You’ll find this Vintage Engines stuff way behind the main buildings in the same area as the Field Sports.

THE FUN FUNFAIR
The yowls of joy and fright you hear do not come from the Show Jumping Ring. Nor does it come from the Show Ring.
Make your way there. Buy your candyfloss, take a shot at something that goes PING! if the rifle sights are straight.
Frighten the Bejazzus out of yourself on the Ghost Train. Blow your mind and struggle to keep your lunch on the Flying ... Thing.
Bring your partner because fear always draws loved ones closer.
Mind you, if you’re the one doing the howling then you could embarrass yourself.
Anglesey Show 2011 will be a fabulous couple of days out for you and your family.
Bring a sense of fun and wonder with you in the bag that carries your raincoat.
